Alex Murdaugh Murder Case Comeback Takes Dramatic Turn
Alex Murdaugh was back in a South Carolina courtroom for the first time in more than two years after the state’s highest court vacated his double murder conviction. Murdaugh is accused of the June 2021 murders of his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul. Alex is asking the judge to allow unknown male DNA found under Maggie’s fingernails to go through advanced DNA testing as he mounts a defense.
