Arabian Prince on Eazy-E AIDS Conspiracy Theories and Suge Knight

In our exclusive clip featuring Arabian Prince, the former NWA member recalls his meeting with Tomica Wright over royalty disputes, and one of the last times he saw Eazy-E before the rap star died of AIDs. “I went to Yella’s birthday party and I remember seeing Eazy right before he went into the hospital. He looked fine to me,” Arabian Prince remembers with a somewhat quizzical look. “It seemed weird to me.”

When asked about Eazy’s widow, Tomica, Arabian Prince brought up a conference they had once she took over Ruthless Records. The end result was a lawsuit that carried on for years after him and other artists on the Ruthless roster – including J.J. Fad – stopped receiving royalty checks. And according to him, “it’s still not right.” “Just be fair to people,” he expressed to DJ Vlad in regards to Tomica. “If you weren’t there – yeah I know you own the company now, but you weren’t there – take care of the people that keep you paid. That’s all you gotta do. There’s enough money out there for everybody.”
