Babysitter Bestie Breaks Baby’s Bones: Police

Sara Smith, 27, faces a first-degree child cruelty charge in Georgia. The state’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation said it opened a case in February when a baby girl Smith had watched suffered injuries. The baby’s mother said the girl had bruises and a broken arm.
