In response to people saying they have to hear the other side of the story, Charlamagne wondered why Tory Lanez would be silent if he were truly innocent. 

He acknowledged DJ Vlad’s point about lawyers encouraging their clients to refrain from providing any statements but retorted that there’s something that Tory’s lawyer wants him to remain silent about. Charlamagne said he’d be happy to take back the ‘Donkey of the Day’ that he gave to Tory if he’s innocent but still questioned how a party with Megan Thee Stallion and Kylie Jenner ends so tragically.
