Dennishia was known as a caring friend always willing to extend a hand to those around her who needed support. After Dennishia fell on hard times, she requested her friend, Shelton handspike move out because he was not paying rent or contributing to the bills. Tragically, what began as a conversation about responsibilities and rent quickly spiraled out of control, resulting in Shelton shooting Dennishia multiple times, taking her life.
