This is the story of 18 year old Larissa Barros, a bright student who was at the top of her class. Sadly, Larissa was being harassed and stalked by her ex boyfriend 20 year old Kai Williams who was also the father of her 15 month old son. Larissa feared him, took out protective orders against him, and pleaded with the authorities to protect her from him. With only a couple weeks until graduation, he would break into her home and brutally take her life. Larissa did all that she could do to keep herself safe so why wasn’t she protected?
