Phillip revealed he was given a substance he believed was molly at Cassie’s West End Avenue apartment, which left him extremely jittery, disoriented, and overly chatty. After about 30 minutes, frustrated by his behavior, they gave him several thousand dollars and told him to “walk it off.” Phillip then found himself wandering Times Square, handing out $100 bills to strangers. Reflecting on the incident, Phillip noted the danger of his state, especially if he had ended up in a more perilous neighborhood where such behavior could have made him a target.
