MIAMI, Nov. 1 (UPI) — Negro parents asked Federal authorities today to withhold $4-million in aid to Dade County, charging South Dade High School allowed the use of the Confederate flag, Confederate military uniforms for its band, the name Rebels for its athletic teams, and permited the band to play “Dixie” at footballgames.
