The Fall of the Italian Mafia [Full Documentary]

The 20th century was dominated by the Mafia, and New York City was their throne. With the 5 main Families, Bonanno, Colombo, Gambino, Genovese, and Lucchese, and their respective bosses, the Mafia was quite literally a Fortune 500 company. The Mafia had their rackets such as drugs, loan sharking, money laundering, extortion, murder, and many other schemes and scams. The mob had engrained themselves within American business and society to the point where they had their hand in nearly every industry. There was no stopping them. As a matter of fact, for the major part of the 20th century, the FBI and law enforcement hardly made a dent in stopping the Mafia. They knew everything about all the crimes that were going on, but they didn’t know how they were being done nor did they fully know the extent of the Mafia’s power and control. But, this all changed in March of 1979 at Cornell University, when the FBI were first introduced to RICO. The Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations act. The little law that was soon going to take down all 5 families and the Mafia, as a whole, for good. In the 1970’s and 1980’s, the FBI prepared to embark on a once in a lifetime mission to bug the mafia and to create a case that would soon finish them off once and for all. Secrets, Death, Multi-Million Dollar Schemes, and Immense Power! This is the Complete Documentary: The Fall of the Italian Mafia!!
