While many people believe the word “thot” originated from Chief Keef, fellow Chicago rapper 600 Breezy revealed to DJ Vlad that he co-invented the word with his friend. After revealing that the slang was used for describing a hot girl, Breezy admitted that it didn’t originally mean “that hoe over there.”

During the interview, 600 Breezy also got serious about his addiction to lean, admitting that he has drunk the equivalent of $1 million in street prices since starting at 13.
