In this clip, Ben J discussed his early upbringing in the South Central section of Los Angeles and eventually a suburban town called Victorville in LA County. He detailed living in an abandoned house at one point and the struggles his mom dealt with raising him and his sister after having them at age 15 and 20 respectively.

Later on, Ben J talked about linking up with Legacy in the 10th grade and how the New Boyz eventually got a record deal.
