Since the inception of the Black and Missing non-profit foundation in 2008, there has been 1.2 million people of color reported missing. An outrageous number, that Natalie Wilson, Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Black and Missing Inc, educates us on Sway in the Morning.

While on the line, Natalie provides resources, tools and advice to families with missing children, and offers preventative measures for parents to keep their kids aware.

Take a listen below, take notes and tell a friend. And if you’re in Maryland on June 3rd, please join the movement at the Hope Without Boundaries 5k run/walk.
