Cassidy Disagrees with DJ Vlad Saying Nas is the Worst Beat Picker

Cassidy got into a debate with DJ Vlad about Nas being the worst beat picker, and the Philly rapper said that beats have nothing to do with a rapper being great. He then explained that it used to be the A&R guy’s job to pick out the beats, and Cassidy pointed out that beats aren’t more important than the bars.

Moving along, Cassidy addressed ghostwriting and said that with the lack of bars in today’s hip-hop, the ghostwriter better be a good rapper. To hear more, hit the above clip.
