Ceaser on Donna & Dutchess Hooking Up: I Felt Violated by Both of Them

Black Ink Crew’s Ceaser shed some light on Donna hooking up with his former fiancee Dutchess, which he claims was a form of revenge for Dutchess messing up one of her relationships. He also said that he felt violated from both of them, and added that he didn’t feel like Dutchess was loyal to him because she took other people’s word over her own fiance.
