Charlamagne Addresses Eddie Griffin’s Views on Bill Cosby & Black Stars Being Targeted

VladTV regular Charlamagne Tha God shared his thoughts on our viral video of Eddie Griffin telling us that “There is a systematic effort to destroy every Black male entertainer’s image.” The clip stirred up a lot of controversy, and The Breakfast Club host told us that he doesn’t entirely agree with Griffin, because there are a lot of black male entertainers whose images are still portrayed in a good light. Charlamagne added that he believes some of the entertainers, including Michael Jackson and Bill Cosby, brought the backlash on themselves through they way they portrayed themselves. He further explained his statement by saying that Bill Cosby tried to appear perfect in the media and he also ridiculed others for being less that perfect, and now he’s being accused of raping and drugging women.
