Cookie Money on Doing First-Ever Interview, Dad Getting 11 Years in Prison (Part 1)



East Oakland rapper Cookie Money sat down with VladTV for his first-ever interview, and he detailed the first part of his life story, including his dad going to prison for 11 years when he was just 8. 

He detailed how the situation changed his life and made him feel like he needed to step up despite being so young. Cookie Money explained that he moved from the suburbs to the hood after his dad went away, and he added that his mother had to get a job for the first time in her life after his dad left.
