Ruff Ryders co-founder Dee Dean opened up to VladTV about getting his start by managing Ma$e and The Lox and giving them to Diddy so that he could fully focus on managing DMX.

During the conversation, Dee spoke about working with the difficulties that came with DMX, but knowing that he was the “pick of the litter” when it came to talent. He also spoke about DMX’s beef with K-Solo, and his relationship with JAY-Z, which you can hear more about above.
