Del The Funky Homosapien on Being Inspired by His Cousin Ice Cube (Part 1)

In this VladTV exclusive, Del The Funky Homosapien sat down with Vlad to discuss his beginnings, being Ice Cube’s cousin, and starting music.

Del said he started out as a DJ and B-Boy, but making music and rapping came last for him. When he did begin, he started out as a poet, and was inspired by the works of Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel. From there, Del explained how Cube was a driving force for him to get into the music game, noting that he would follow behind the rapper as much as he could.
