Drake Pokes Fun at Steph and Ayesha Curry in ‘Get Out’ Parody

The inaugural NBA Awards on Monday night had plenty of winners, but perhaps the biggest wasn’t an athlete at all, but a rapper—Drake. Drizzy appeared in two showstopping skits—one with Will Ferrell where they poked fun at DeMar DeRozan, and a second, a Get Out-inspired friendly dig at Steph and Ayesha Curry.
In the skit, Drake plays Steph, who only wants to go to a party to celebrate winning the championship. But Ayesha has other ideas. She wants her husband to stay at home instead of partying with Draymond Green and company, and has some ways of making that happen that should be familiar to anyone who’s seen Jordan Peele’s instant classic.
