Before violating his parole and being sentenced to 10 years, 600 Breezy sat down with DJ Vlad to discuss his Chicago upbringing from maneuvering in the streets to growing up in the gang culture. While breaking down the politics around policing in the city, the young rapper talks about the storied history of the city, and how he used all of that to inspire his rap career. 

Listen as he speaks to Vlad about some of his issues with fellow Chicago rappers such as Rico Recklezz, Tay 600, and what it’s like garnering millions of YouTube views and getting the attention of arguably today’s biggest rapper, Drake.
