In the above clip from G Perico’s interview with VladTV, the South Central rapper talks about his vintage, NWA inspired Jheri-curl style. G Perico tells Vlad that following an incident in jail wherein he got maced by a CO and had to shave his hair, he grew it out and fully adopted the Jheri curl. He also discusses how the style stuck around in South Central even after it went out of fashion. Watch above.
