Kanye West Says Chance the Rapper Is Behind the Delay of ‘The Life of Pablo’

From the looks of Chance the Rapper and Kanye West’s Twitter feeds, it appears that the song “Waves” is finally complete. Chance has posted a picture of The Life of Pablo tracklist with some lyrics to the new song scrawled in at the bottom, while Kanye has said that he’s actively in the lab finishing the whole project up while also taking a minute to poke fun at his fellow Chicagoan. Hopefully, we should expect to receive this soon.
