Karrueche Will Testify Against Chris Brown in Court

Chris Brown’s 28th birthday party probably didn’t go exactly as he hoped. Brown received a restraining order from his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, as he exited the party Thursday night, according to TMZ. The restraining order springs from death threats that Brown allegedly made to Tran, a 28-year-old model and actress. She was granted a temporary 100-yard restraining order from Brown in February. In a February statement, Tran claimed Brown threatened to “take me out” and “shoot me.” She also said Brown was abusive throughout their relationship. She has said he punched her in the stomach and pushed her down stairs. Initial attempts to serve Brown with the paperwork this spring failed.
