KRS-One on Battling MC Shan 30 Years Later: “It Would Be the End of His S**t’

KRS-One addressed why he reignited his beef with MC Shan after nearly 30 years on episode 5 of N.O.R.E and DJ EFN’s Drink Champs podcast. The famed rapper says he only addressed MC Shan when he was battling a fan, who was dressed like LL Cool J in Pittsburgh, held up his rival’s CD. During the battle, KRS says he dissed LL, but later apologized, but says Shan was very upset at the remarks made towards him.

When N.O.R.E asked if they should have battled face-to-face in the past, KRS says Shan never showed up and a battle 30 years after the fact “would be the end of his s***.”
