On Tuesday, Bill O’Reilly made comments about Congresswoman Maxine Waters’ hair that were a new low even for Fox News’ most controversial conservative pundit. Remarking on Waters’ appearance on the House floor Tuesday during which she called challenging the president an act of patriotism, O’Reilly appeared on Fox & Friends and made offensive comments about Waters’ hair.
