Migos Are Now Claiming Their Noisey ATL Doc Was “Scripted”

Migos appeared on ESPN’s Highly Questionable to promote their forthcoming album, Yung Rich Nation, that’s releasing on July 31. After a couple questions in, Migos accidently slipped and told the anchors that their Noisey: Atlanta episode was scripted.

Wait, what?

In “Meet The Migos,” the episode showed them at their country club mansion with various crew members. What was a little unsettling to see Migos and other people carrying a lot of firepower on them. We’re talking assault rifles, pistols and machine guns.

In the video above, Quavo and Takeoff claimed it was fake. “It was role-playing. That wasn’t our house in the first place,” Quavo says. “They gave us a script. They gave me a script. I did the script and I played it well cause y’all think it was real,” Takeoff added.

So was it a spoof? Quavo says yes.

But, it’s kind of weird that they’d be making excuses for their recent arrest for gun and drug charges in Georgia. If you’re a convicted felon, anything you do in public that might get you into trouble is done at your discretion. While Quavo and Takeoff were released from jail, OffSet is still locked up and denied bail for his past criminal history. He also blamed the Noisey Atlanta doc in an interview with Dirty Boyz for tricking them into carrying guns and putting them in a bad light.
