Up and coming artist Nebu Kiniza sat down with DJ Vlad in this exclusive interview. Kiniza discusses the emergence of Chance the Rapper and whether or not Drake is a culture vulture. Nebu instead clarifies that Drake has a tendency to outshine whoever he shares a record with and that he would need a partnership with Drake in order to work with him.
