Rockets Fan Duct Taped to Sign After Losing Bet

A Houston man was duct taped to a sign this week after losing a bet that he made on a Warriors/Rockets game. A video surfaced that shows the man’s friends duct taping him to the sign before leaving him there for a few minutes. Someone eventually called the cops, and the police arrived and helped the man down. He didn’t get into any trouble for being duct taped to the sign, but he did pay a steep price for losing a bet on an NBA game.
