Solo Lucci opened up to VladTV about moving to Atlanta with no money and having to resort to the trap lifestyle after leaving Texas. The “Whip It” rapper explained that he had no lights for 8 months and was trying to making things work until he ran into late Atlanta street legend Keith Troup, who took Lucci under his wing and introduced him to T.I., 2 Chainz, and other industry leaders.

During the conversation, Solo Lucci spoke about being compared to 2Pac by T.I., R.Kelly, and Troup, which gave him the inspiration to write “RIP 2Pac.” To hear more, hit the above clip.
