Trina: I Tried Out Dancing for Money, But It Wasn’t for Me

https://www.vladtv.com – Trina brought us up to speed on what she’s got going on during a recent interview with VladTV.

The Miami rapper recalls first hitting the scene with her appearance on Trick Daddy’s “Nann Ni**a,” and reveals that she never actually had plans to be a rapper. When Trick contacted her to appear on the song, she had just finished real estate school, and had aspirations to pursue that as a career. Speaking more on the song, Trina says that while she wrote her own bars for the track, Trick changed a lot of them to make them dirtier.

Moving on, Trina reveals that she tried out dancing for money at a cabaret spot. While the ladies weren’t allowed to get naked, she did strip down to a bra and bathing suit bottoms. The 36-year-old says she quickly realized that it wasn’t for her and quit after about a week.

Trina then touches on a few things she’s got in the works, including an album, clothing line, and a champagne called Liquid Gold. “It’s all about the branding of me and the things that I’m involved with to make it feasible for myself,” she said about her business ventures.
