HNHH Premiere! Young Roddy talks about “The Kenner Loop” and more.

After hitting us with a new freestyle this morning, “Bill Russell,” produced by AListFame, Roddy continues the releases this afternoon with a new vlog/documentary in support of his debut album, The Kenner Loop.

We’ll be rolling out four episodes in the series, kicking it off today. The first part finds Roddy and in a car with Rob Markman, as the two drive around New York City and discuss Roddy’s album. Roddy talks on the significance of the Kenner loop, and why he chose to name his album after it. It’s all a reflection of the struggle he experienced growing up, and an attempt to give back to his city.

Roddy also talks about his affiliation with Jet Life, and the inception of his own imprint, Good Sense. Even though he’s started Good Sense, he says he’ll always be a Jet Lifer. Finally, Roddy and Markman touch on the lengthy delay of Roddy’s debut album.

Watch the episode above, and stay tuned for more.
