Fake Uber Driver Kidnaps Ex-Girlfriend: Cops
An Arizona woman’s quick thinking helped police arrest her alleged kidnapper, her ex-boyfriend Jacob Wilhoit, 41. Authorities say he posed as her Uber driver while wearing a wig. Bodycam footage shows the tense traffic stop after the woman secretly handed a 911 note to a gas station customer.
