Before any rumors about a beef with Tekashi 6ixn9ne, Casanova 2X was telling stories of growing up in a more gritty Brooklyn. In February of 2017, Casanova 2X spoke openly about his days as the biggest gangster in Flatbush, which involved his days as a stickup kid. He also spoke about how he caught an 8-year sentence after robbing a string of check cashing places.

Casanova recounts the story of the last place he robbed, where the owner escaped to the basement and started yelling for people to call the police.
