US rapper Coolio, known for the iconic hit Gangsta’s Paradise, has died at age 59.
He was found unresponsive on the bathroom floor of a friend’s LA house, his manager told media.
However, the exact cause of his death has not yet been revealed.
Coolio, real name Artis Leon Ivey Jr, started making music in the 1980s but cemented his place in hip-hop history when he recorded Gangsta’s Paradise in 1995.
