BREAKING: Jamie Foxx Accused Of Acts WORST Than Diddy
Jamie Foxx is being accused of an alleged incident that happen in New York City in 2015.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the Oscar winner was at Catch NYC & Roof in August of that year when the plaintiff arrived at around 11 p.m.
A few hours later, the unnamed woman and one of her friends — who were seated one table away from Foxx — allegedly asked the actor for a photo, which she claims he agreed to.
She claims the 55-year-old seemed intoxicated and allegedly replied, “Sure, baby, anything for you.” #jamiefoxx
