Police took him to the Fulton County Jail, where he was charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

Young Thug is among the individuals listed in a 56-count indictment that was filed on May 9. The indictment also names other Young Stoner Life Records rappers, including Gunna. The charges include murder, armed robbery, and possession of controlled substances and weapons.
