EX-NYPD Cop Who Moved Drugs For 6ix9ine’s Nine Trey Avoids Jail Time While Ar-ab Gets 45 Years for selling the same amount of Drugs. The former NYPD sergeant who was arrested for serving as a heroin drug mule for the Nine Trey Gangsters Bloods gang, during Tekashi 6ix9ine’s affiliation with the gang, received a favorable sentence in court last Thursday.

Manhattan Federal Court Judge Alvin Hellerstein sentenced 41-year-old Arlicia Robinson to a four-year supervised release on probation for her role in Nine Trey’s drug operation, which included allegedly trafficking more than 100 grams of heroin.

Robinson was also accused of dating two Nine Trey members. One of the members was “five-star general” Kristian Cruz (who’s estimated to have sold $2 to $3 million in heroin and fentanyl) and the other was Aaron “Bat” Young, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his role in Nine Trey. Robinson also reportedly lied to a grand jury about witnessing a rival drug dealer shoot Young.

While the recommended sentence for her crimes was five years, the judge highlighted Young’s mental and physical abuse of Robinson as the reason for the lenient sentence. During her trial, Robsinson’s traumatic upbringing, which included both parents dying and suffering sexual abuse, was also brought up.

“All of us have an inner turmoil that can prevent correct decision-making. And sometimes, that inner turmoil rises to such a degree because of the deprivations of life and childhood and abuse and the like that robs an individual of being able to make an autonomous decision,” the judge said. “It’s very hard to find a condition of life more difficult than the conditions Ms. Robinson went through. One of the purposes of punishment is to rehabilitate a person. You’ve shown, Ms. Robinson, your own rehabilitation — even before your punishment — by choosing a life of helping others and supporting your family and your children. And making yourself clean and strong to do those things is highly commendable.”

Robinson accepted her sentence and stated, “I know now and I always will that what I did was wrong. I take full responsibility for my poor decision-making and behavior. I was not thinking clearly and was not thinking straight.”

The mother of three’s arrest came in 2018 amid Tekashi 6ix9ine’s cooperation with law enforcement, which led to various multi-year prison sentences for Nine Trey members. 6ix9ine was also sentenced to two years but was released early during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
