JAY-Z won’t be participating in a Verzuz battle anytime soon.

During a recent Twitter Spaces conversation with singer Alicia Keys, the iconic rapper, 52, said “no one” can compete against him.

“No disrespect… everyone’s amazing. No one can stand on that stage with me. There’s not a chance in hell. I don’t care how long it is,” JAY-Z said during the conversation, which has since been re-posted by the official Verzuz Instagram account.

“You got to stand in front of the ‘Grammy Family Freestyle’ live? No one has ever even seen me perform that, you got to stand in front of that? That ain’t never going to happen,” JAY-Z continued. Many fans believe the Nas’s new song Meet Joe Black is a response to Jay-Z declaring No one can stand on stage with him in a version battle. In the spirt of competition, I think its great for Hip Hop. Do You Think Nas was talking about Jay-Z? check out the lyrics below, you be the Judge.

“Run me the keys, run me the Bs, run me that float back
Your top three, I’m not number one, how could you post that?
I wear the crown, the city is mine, you cannot hold that
I’m not the one to go at, you fuck around, meet Joe Black” #jayz #jay-z #nas #jayzvs #jayzverzuz
