Popular Prophet EJ Newton was detained during his church service As he was on stage delivering a message at his 433 Church in Miami, Newton was stopped by someone off-camera who requested to speak with him. He eventually set his microphone down and walked off the stage, encouraging his congregation to pray instead. Video footage shows Newton being met by Miami Police officers who demanded to speak with him outside. On his Instagram, the preacher shared more footage of authorities outside his church, explaining his side of the situation.
