A Florida prosecutor has referred to the people accused of killing XXXTentacion as “predators” during a hearing held inside a Broward County courthouse. The rapper’s murder trial is still ongoing.

The Associated Press reports that on Tuesday (March 7), prosecutor Pascale Achille reportedly played cellphone video that allegedly depicts Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams, and Trayvon Newsome dancing with piles of $100 bills hours after they were accused of killing rapper XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Onfroy.

Achille responded, according to the source, “This is who they are. They really are this way, I think. Killers who take $50,000 from their victim after shooting him to death within 24 hours. How ecstatic they appear to be. They certainly seem ecstatic as evidence.
