The RAW TRUTH On The Hypocrisy OF Screaming Free Cassanova Young Thug & Gunna!
Since the arrest of Casanova, Young Thug & Gunna people all over social media and hip hop have screamed “Free Them”. But is up our responsibility to scream free someone who was really doing dirt in the streets? Young Thug and his YSL associates are responsible for over 50 murders and instances of gun violence, according to the Fulton County, Ga. district attorney.
Last Friday (May 13), Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis spoke with local Atlanta news station WSB-TV about her office’s investigation into the alleged violations of RICO laws by Young Thung, Gunna and 26 other YSL affiliates. The indictment reportedly includes allegations of three murders and dozens more violent crimes. One murder victim has been identified as Donovan Thomas. Thug is accused of renting the 2014 Infiniti Q50 sedan from Hertz that was used in Thomas’ murder. Casanova was one of 18 alleged Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang members indicted in a sprawling drug conspiracy case in December 2020. Last week, the Brooklyn-bred rapper pleaded guilty in White Plains federal court to two counts: racketeering conspiracy and narcotics conspiracy.
While it’s safe to assume Casanova is simply tired of being behind bars and wants some kind of movement in his case, Rolling Stone reports there’s another reason he decided to cop a plea. According to the outlet, Casanova was moved to accept the prosecutors’ offer after someone basically snitched on him.
