Yet, a significant disagreement arose from an interview Adam conducted with a transgender woman who claimed to have hooked up with House Phone. The claims were denied by House Phone, and he requested they be edited out. When part of this story was mistakenly left in by an editor, it caused a heated confrontation during a live taping, where House Phone threw a drink at Adam, subsequently leaving the show.
