In this clip, Rudy Williams reacted to the reputation he built in Baltimore and how people like David Simon, creator of The Wire, framed and retold his story. According to a 1992 article written by Simon, he compared Rudy Williams to King Richard III of England for his bloody reign which Simon saw Williams’s reign as one of Baltimore’s drug kingpins. At the time, rumors swirled around that Williams was involved in the murders of 200 people in Baltimore.
