Although he was born to hardworking immigrant parents, Ben Baller had early run-ins with the law before immersing himself in early Hip-Hop culture through breakdancing. After college, he started off as Tia Carrera’s assistant before becoming a DJ. Leveraging his relationship through DJing led Ben Baller to a job at Priority Records, where he was eventually elevated to Senior Executive VP of A&R.
