In this VladTV exclusive, Douglas “Boobie” Stepney sat down and detailed going from a crack dealer to the founder and leader of Big Block. The San Francisco street legend described growing up in infamous Hunters Point during the 70s-80s. He described becoming a drug dealer during his teens and how crack transformed the community.
