In this clip, Brittany Renner spoke about deciding to go to Jackson State University, an HBCU, which she said was a big contrast to being raised in a predominately white area by her white grandparents. Brittany explained that she found camaraderie at Jackson State that she had never experienced before, and she went on to speak about being a soccer star at the college. Brittany then detailed leaving college and playing semi-pro soccer in Florida, which she said she quit because there was no feeling of family like in college. To hear more, hit the above clip.
