In this clip, Bubba Sparxxx spoke about linking up with Timbaland, and he explained that Interscope founder Jimmy Iovine tried to link him with Swizz Beatz in the beginning, but their regional differences didn’t mesh. Bubba explained that he also worked with Rico Wade of Organized Noize, which resulted in a lasting friendship and some songs, but ultimately the hits weren’t there. When Jimmy Iovine brought up Timbaland, Bubba knew that the pairing would be great, and Jimmy sent his songs over.
