In this clip, CJ talks about working with iconic Latino recording artists such as Ozuna and Anuel for the remix of ‘Whoopty.’ The 25-year-old shares what a thrill it was to work with recording artists from within his community and his desire to reach even more people all throughout Latin America. To that, Shawn Prez mentions the way in which Pitbull merged hip hop music with Latin music and he asks CJ if he could see that type of career path for himself. As the conversation continues, the Staten Island native speaks on his collaboration with El Alfa called “La Mamá de la Mamá” and the fact that the song won a Premio Lo Nuestro award for song of the year.
