In this clip, D Savage talks about getting arrested at the age of 18-years-old and the quarter of a million bond that came with it. He said that the arrest happened in Beverly Hills and ever since the cops in the area have been harassing him about carrying a firearm, even if he doesn’t have one on him. He also discusses his business savvy as a teenager and they way in which his decisions helped earn him nearly $13K a month is distribution residuals alone, as an independent artist in High School. The “How Does It Feel” rapper talks about usage of platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud and Apple Music. And lastly, D Savage sets the record straight once and for all: He’s not a “SoundCloud Rapper,” he just gained a lot of notoriety on the platform.
