We recently plugged in with Atlanta’s DJ Kutt Throat for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit down he talked about coming up in Southwest Atlanta, how the city has changed since he was younger, jumping off the porch when he started DJing in high school, DG Yola being one of the first artists he worked with, starting I Love My Plug, documenting the Atlanta culture back in 2007, helping break Future with the visuals, explains how Plug DJs was created, explains how he locked in with Yola, putting together the first tape with Yola, locking with Slick Pulla, his uncle being BMF’s official DJ, hitting the road with Jeezy as his DJ, spinning at Club Crucial, connecting with J-Money, a stripper introducing him to Yung Ralph’s “Look Like Money” single, working with Roscoe Dash & MMI, dropping 3 tapes with Roscoe Dash, DJ Plugg linking him in with Rich Homie Quan, his first tape going viral on Live Mixtapes, putting together the “I Love My Plug” song with J-Money, Shawty Lo & DG Yola, explains how he locked in with Ralo, witnessing Ralo’s career take off, Spirilla getting shut down & losing $50M lawsuit, I Love My Plug relaunching as a subscription service, opening his own club Pre Game Bar, and much more!
